The VSD advantage
Rapid's Variable Speed Drive option synchronizes the
fan motor's operating speed with the building's exhaust
needs. When exhaust fans aren't operating at full capacity,
Rapid's VSD system reduces the fan speed to the minimum
level required to meet your building's pressurization
needs.
Most facilities only use a small fraction of their maximum
load at any given time. By matching fan speed to your
actual heating-load or cooling-load needs, you reduce
your energy costs and maximize your operating efficiency.

50% better than a comparable constant-speed drive).

perfect flow ratio (for both gas and air) for every
condition.
Our sophisticated, built-in setup and diagnostic tools
are "invisible" during normal operation, yet
immediately available whenever you need them.
